Today was another special day but my schedule was all messed up. I woke up agian through the night, mom had to put me back to sleep once. We woke up so tired that mommy feed me and put me back to bed when it was time to wake up so we slept in until 9! I slept right through breakfast. I've never slept in that late before.
I got up and didn't eat a big breakfast daddy and mommy played with me until great Aunt Kathy and Uncle craig came back to the house and they tried to feed me lunch before nap time. I had other ideas as I didn't want anything to do with the food that she gave me so they decided that it was nap time. again I had other ideas so I cried for quite some time before going to sleep. Mommy tricked me by turning on the celing fan which calmed me down enough to put me to sleep.
When I woke up grandma was back from work! we played on the floor and she tried to get me to walk but I just kept taking one or two steps and then trying to crawl or walking until I fell forward for someone to catch me. then grandma gave me another birthday gift! I even helped to unwrap it this time. It is a new horsey riding toy that plays music. I had trouble riding it but did eventually get it to go backwards :)
I ate my dinner alittle early but mommy put me in the high chair with some food for dinner just in case and I did eat a little. then grandma brought out my birthday cake and everyone sang happy birthday to me. Grandma let me try the icing on the cake before they cut it and it was yummy! I ate my whole piece of cake this time but needed a bath before bedtime.
Because of the party I didn't get put to bed until 8:00 and I cried on and off until mommy nursed me to sleep just before 9:00.
