Today after daycare mommy and daddy took us to the daycare's night at the zoo. We had a great time looking at the animals and walking around. Right away we found the cats and I meowed trying to say hi in their language but they didn't respond. The tiger looked very hot. Next we went to see the polar bears which we never actually found but we did find some nice stuffed ones that I gave hugs too.
I really liked the elephants and spent some time running around them. Then we went to the baboons! They were great I got to stand near the window and the came right by me. One even licked the glass it was great!
Next we went to the birds and a butterfly habitat. I started to get hungry so we sat on a bench so that I could eat my sandwich well half of it anyway there were things to see :) The birdies were neat too especially the Golden Pheasant it was very pretty.
One of my old teachers from when I started the school was there with some tatoos I wasn't so sure about the process but mommy talked daddy into letting me get a bird on my hand. It was really cool! I held still for long enough - though I started to pull my hand away at the end. We got to see a few more things but by then mommy was getting tired (she carried me most of the way) and it started to rain. we got to the car and found out it was 7:30! no bath for me tonight just a scrub down with a wash cloth.
