Today when mommy came to get me from day care I had a really hard time leaving. Mommy almost got me out the door but I went back into the room and saw a cupcake. I went and sat down at the table thinking she would bring it to me but she didn't. then I Played with some of the toys a little and walked over to the counter where it was and walked around a bit trying to figure out how to get it down. I couldn't grab it and figured my best bet was to go back to the table and wait for mom to bring it to me.
Eventually mom wanted to go so she risked a tantrum and picked me up and carried me out but once I was out of the room I was fine at least until we got to the car and she put me in the car seat. I cried the whole way home. I perked up once we got home but was still fussy and mommy was frazzled so I spent a lot of time with daddy tonight. Though I still got lots of kisses from mommy.
