Teething :(

This mornning I woke up at around 4:00 or so - I know because mommy told me. Daddy came in and changed my diaper and tried to calm me down but once he left I just started crying on and off and whimpering. So mommy came in and held me for a while. She stood up and held me with my head on her shoulder. I wouldn't let her sit in the rocker with me. Once I stayed calm for 15 min mommy put me back in the crib and though I cried a little initially I did go back to sleep after a minute.

I woke up at 7:30 and mom came to get me. I went right to my high chair and even though I was early mommy fed me. I ate all of my oatmeal mix as well as some eggs. mommy and I then got the blocks out it was great fun!

When daddy got up he gave me some banana but I didn't really eat it. Mommy went upstairs to change her clothing and I chased her down because I wanted to play with her. I found my duck in their bedroom - It does not belong there. So I carried it into the bathroom and put it in the tub. Mommy filled it with water thinking I wanted a bath but I really didn't - I just wanted to put it away. We went to my room to play and Daddy had Grandpa H on skype. When daddy came down he made his own breakfast which he shared some with me I was really into his toast this morning. He even gave me a little bit of his pancake (with out the syrup) I can always count on daddy to give me a treat.

Mommy then stuck her finger in my mouth to find my teeth. I have one new one that popped through and one that has not quite made it - no wonder I woke up last night. It hurt. I was so tired that I slept until 3. The afternoon went really quickly after that. We had a great time coloring :)
